Issues I have are lack of communication over the phone compared to in store knowledge. The person that is on the phone needs to know and understand the store. (Example) called about ducks I said please hold 2 they say okay I get there and there was no ducks. So did the person over the phone look to see what product was on the floor or not.

It's always great to support local businesses but to keep people shopping local instead of big box stores you need to have that extra knowledge and want to know more about everything the store...

I had 18 fairly new chainsaw blades "sharpened" there at the last chainsaw days weekend. I just pulled them out to use. I would be better trying to cut wood with a rock. They all still have the red crayon marking used to mark where sharpening starts so I didn't mix them up. When I looked closer they barely touched the cutting blade. I always buy the yellow "pro" chains as I have for 25 yrs. and now I have junk. Have to pay someone else to do the job right as I'm afraid if I take them back they would grind them to nothing.
