The owner has no idea how to run a business or how to price antiques. You'll look at one item and it will say $70 and right next to it is the same thing for $20. He is completely clueless as well as being rude. He has no idea how to deal with customers and will not research any products to see what they are worth if you try to sell something. He automatically gives you $5-10 depending on the item and won't go any higher. You'd be better off buying and selling on craigslist or Ebay, but of course you'd have to watch out for his ridiculously priced items...
