I bought a 16oz New York strip and cooked it expecting to hate it so I can blast their prices here. I only used salt, pepper and lemon and cooked it medium rare. It was absolutely delicious. It cut easily and was extremely juicy. I have bought meat before and while it seems a bit pricey, you definitely get a quality cut of meat from people who know their job. I would definitely recommend anyone looking for that special dinner...

Such a great experience! I recently tried Zier's for ground beef (needed it triple ground which they were able to provide) and a boneless pork shoulder. Both turned out amazing. With the recent Amazon take over of Whole Foods we noticed their meats have really gone down hill (awful steaks this summer, 2 bad pork shoulders and an awful holiday ham.) So we are so glad to have found...
