All Green Carpet Cleaning Queens — Local services in New York

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! We decided to have them clean an Oriental area rug that we have had cleaned several times before with other companies.. We thought to use them because they are a supposedly a green company and we had a puppy that we didn't want potentially exposed to chemicals. They do not pick up, nor put back the rug which I was unaware of - but okay, that's my oversight for not making sure of that first.. When they returned the rug, it was in TERRIBLE condition. It had light spots on it that were not there before, and one side was visiblely darker than the other side. We initially called to complain and they told us to send pictures which we did. After a week of no response I called back. The " Customer Service Rep" had to be the most unprofessional person I've ever come across. There was no explanation as to why they didn't follow up, and after putting me on hold "to speak to somebody " she informed me the person she spoke to said that they did a "great job" and that was that. When I further explained that perhaps we need to find some solution - she put me on hold for 55 MINUTES and never came back to the call! I guess she figured I would eventually hang up. All I wanted to discuss were possible options to rectify the situation - Like perhaps having someone come take a look at what the problem was, maybe taking off a percentage, or SOMETHING! This was 300.00 job and their attitude is pretty much like "too bad" . So now we have to find another company to potentially fix what I'm not sure...

Like another review posted here, the technician who showed up, Linden, was very unprofessional. He showed up in his van playing loud music and came out of his car in sweatpants. I still didn't judge him. But then he proceeded to snap at my husband to take stuff away from the area that was going to be cleaned. I didn't say anything just yet. Then he "cleaned" the carpet and told us to vacuum it bc it was still dusty! It took him 10 minutes which should have been a red flag. He pocketed $100 and put the wrong amount on the invoice, so when I called the company back after the vacuuming the carpet and it still being dirty, they wouldn't provide decent service bc the amount on the invoice was incorrect, even after the technician admitted he pocketed $100. The manager, Olivia, was very rude, unprofessional and extremely unhelpful. Very loud and spoke over me. I will have to report the company to BBB. I am shocked someone made her a manager. As a returning customer, I expected a little more than being out $$$$ and still having an unclean carpet. Save yourself time and money and use another...

All Green Carpet Clean of Queens is the only place you should be calling when it’s time for carpet cleaning. They are super fast, polite, and respectful. They arrived on time. It took them an hour and half to clean our one bedroom apartment. Our carpet was very dirty and had stains. After cleaning, it looked spotless and very bright. It smell great and felt great when you walked on it. They used organic cleaning products which were safe to walk on. I am very happy with their cleaning services. After seeing the amazing cleaning results, I thought my money was not wasted. I will use them again and recommend them...
