I was arrangement by this guy who works in the store ,just because I was carrying two bags one was from (Game stop) he was watching my wife and I and came to ask about How deep was the bag ,then the manager came to ask if we need help (she was nice ) but after I went to the front desk and ask about How could I return a pair of boots ,I went back to my wife and this guy's was telling another employer to go and check on my wife ,who was looking for another pair of boots! I'm super disappointed because they don't have to judge u ,just because u carrying two bags with full of empty bags ,because we were going to Aldi!!

The variety of shoe styles, and the quality of the shoes that they are carrying, have diminished in the last 2 years. Rarely do we get average customer service. Used to love coming to this store. I used to buy a lot of shoes there too, vs online. Looks like it went full woke. Boys' shoes are now mixed with the girls' shoes, and all their shoes have become "Unisex."

I was having trouble figuring out what's what. Young lady, who works there and thinks she's a boy, was like: "it's 2024" I said, "Ok. I need winter shoes/boots for my boys."
