BEWARE!!! BEWARE!!! BEWARE!!! I have never been humiliated in my life. These people treat you like pure SCUM!!! You as a tenant and your visitors is being monitored 24/7 by staff and I'm not just talking cameras. This building is primarily housed for those coming from a shelter 90%, go figure why they jot down everyone's every move. They indicated there was a community rm- NOT the case it's in fact a computer lab called horizon so you can search for jobs. You can't have a top lock or chain lock because they want to come into your apt at free will and believe me they will. There is a LEASE RIDER/ADDENDUM attached to the standard lease. So that means stay AWAY from this place. The leasing process is a scam because they don't indicate any of this and more. Anybody you have spending the night can't stay more than 14 days. Yup that's part of the addendum. There's a handful like myself who just applied on housing connect and being shamefully treated like we came from a shelter ourselves. This is unjust and agonizing as well as depressing. You get monthly inspections as well now where do they honestly do that at. The question is am i living in a transitional shelter. Staff at the front desk is ghetto. Caught one sleeping on the job. They're not even security just desk clerks. I am one PISSED tenant. They have rules but i...

Brc reaching new heights Men shelter, have to give them they props and respect I'm currently staying here and the staff is good peoples and if you here to do what you need to it's a smooth process and shouldn't be no issues or problems. You have to appreciate a group of people who come together to help others not to mention its a place where you'll get a nice amount of resources a place to lay your head shower and not to mention you get 3 meals a day and the food is pretty good not what you would have in a conventional shelter system, you can see and taste the quality. My case worker is ms. Aijah Samuel and she is extremely professional and sufficient and eager to help anyone willing to receive her assistance. And I am extremely grateful for the great effort that is put in to make sure we obtain what we need to be productive individuals, And I would recommend this location to anyone thriving for change as a Male. I hope every employee and staff nember know that they we appreciate them to the Max and hope others can learn from their professionalism, and have the same amount of care...

This is the worst men shelter I've ever been too! The thing's I've seen is outrageous! One guy had got beaten up really badly an none of the clients was transferred to another shelter or locked up everyything I've even seen they would just push it under the table. If your just trying to find away to make it honestly Don't go to this shelter I feel you could get killed in a place without a care cuz they want to keep a good name showers looks nasty cuz power washer aren't used to clean them! Staff act very rude most of the time playing favorites with clients. I would give 0stars if you could you meet people here for 2 years fights and safety...
