MONEY HUNGRY & TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I ordered a dress on March 3rd for my birthday from this “boutique” and I just got it yesterday May 20th. When I placed my order in March, the website said it would take approximately 7-14 business days to make and 1-3 business days to ship. I needed the dress by April 17th so that was more than enough time because my dress would’ve been shipped on the 23rd of March. Unfortunately due to the pandemic, this store had to close. Their last day being open was going to be the 22nd of March. I had to find this out via Instagram post! The only way to get in contact with someone is through Instagram DM! They do not pick up the phone nor do they respond to emails! When I saw that post, I reached out to them through Instagram direct message inquiring about my order the weekend before their closing and also one day before my dress was supposed to be shipped. In my initial encounter I was told I could either get store credit or wait until they reopen for my dress. I left it alone after that, but then I saw that they were still encouraging people to place orders on their Instagram and I questioned them about it. I was then told I could either get store credit or wait 20-25 business days instead of the original 7-14. I was FINE with that because it would’ve still arrived in enough time for my birthday. Anyways on the 25th business day I reached out again Via Instagram dm and was told once again that I wouldn’t receive my dress until they reopened. I spent $320 dollars on ONE dress from this boutique and I understand that the effects of this pandemic was no ones fault but I just felt as a BUSINESS, they should’ve made it their priority to reach out to their paying customers and let me know what the situation was and what their options were. If I hadn’t seen that Instagram post, I would have absolutely no idea what was going on and not to mention how I was knowingly mislead on more than one occasion. It is a BIG risk putting your money into this “boutique” I would HIGHLY not...
Read moreI normally don’t leave reviews, but I felt it was important to share my experience so others can make an informed decision. While I understand that not everyone can be pleased, when you’re spending over $1,000 on a dress, there’s a basic level of service and professionalism you expect—and unfortunately, that was not my experience.
Red flag #1: They require a cash-only deposit, leaving you with no protection if things don’t go as planned. Red flag #2: The person taking your order is not the one making the dress. Your vision is filtered through a middle person, which increases the chances of miscommunication. Red flag #3: I sent a clear color photo of the dress I wanted, and it was printed out in black and white on low-quality paper—barely visible and certainly not detailed enough to work from.
After placing the order, we were told we’d get a call in May for a fitting. There was no discussion about fabric options, no creative input, and no collaboration at all.
On the day of the fitting, a seamstress was present and casually mentioned that when creating a dress based on a photo that they didn’t design, the result would be a “similar” version—not an exact replica—because certain details or materials might not be available. This important disclaimer should’ve been communicated up front, at the time of the order. It would have saved a lot of frustration.
To make matters worse, the color of the dress was also wrong—it didn’t match the shade we initially selected.
When the dress was brought out, I was honestly confused and disappointed. It looked nothing like what I had envisioned, and I was surprised they weren’t embarrassed to present it as the final product.
Do your research — lesson learned. This shop clearly excels at making bold, revealing dresses, and if that’s your style, you may have better luck. But if you’re looking for something more elegant, timeless, or classy-sexy, this may not be the place for you.
Photos of the design I wanted and received are posted and...
Read moreDo not buy from here. This was the worst experience I had purchasing online. I had my eye on this boutique on Instagram and I decided to purchase a jump suit for my birthday. I received the jumpsuit fairly quick. However, when it arrived, it was NOTHING like what they posted online. The jumpsuit was shedding glitter all over the place. It was almost like the item was placed in a bad and they pour crafts glitter all over it. It was horrible. In addition, when I started to try the item on despite the terrible glitter, I discovered a hold in it. Once I put it on, it looked horrible. It was like something you would get from Ali Express and they sold it for 160!!!!!! a 160 dollar disaster. It was already a nightmare that I wouldnt be able to wear it for my birthday that weekend, but the night mare continued for months. The boutique said they have a no refund policy, which I was not willing to accept because they sent me a damaged item that looked nothing like what I purchased from them. I sent it back anyway. For weeks, I heard nothing from them about store credit or refund. I then called my bank. My bank closed in their favor several times because of the "no refund policy". thats when I decided to take my case to the Better Business Bureau. Once I reported them to the bureau, they gave me a full refund 3 months later THREE months later.
All in all, this is a HORRIBLE company. The items are poorly made and not at all worth the money. Additionally, they are scammers. Once you get your trash item and you arent satisfied, they try to take the high road and ignore you. I never leave reviews, however, I urge customers to never purchase from this business. Customer services is awful. They are rude and disrespectful to customers when their items arent even worth a dime of what they...
