Not only do they have great cakes, they have great customer service as well. The first time I placed a cake order I KNEW I would be coming back for more! The cakes are absolutely 1000/10 but the customer service is what really gets me! It’s so easy calling and placing an order or walking in and placing an order. No matter how “outlandish” my idea may sound, they always make the vision come true, sometimes even better than I even imagined!!! They are also fantastic about helping you figure out how to make your vision come to life and I find it so easy to have a conversation with them to bounce ideas around with them! They are definitely experts in their field and that’s exactly what you need! Sometimes I even stop by in the morning for just a simple cup of coffee, and still get greeted the same way someone who’s buying a $100 cake would, which shows you how much they truly value their customers, and not just the money. They are always so kind and welcoming which is what we need more of in this world! Everyone here has a true gift for either talking to potential clients or making the cakes! I’ve recommended them to SO many friends because of how fantastic the cakes are! I don’t know if I could EVER trust anyone else with this task ever again after going to Mi Bakery for so long! I appreciate all of the hard work, love, and passion they not only put into their business, but how much of that they put into making you feel like you are apart of their family as well. You can always tell they truly love what they do, and I think that is so extremely special! Thank you guys for always helping out my husband and I with every cake order, we wouldn’t be able to have had as much successful birthday as we have had with out you!! We look forward to getting more cakes in the future. We can’t thank you guys enough! They truly take so much pride in what they do and it is so beyond respectable. Sometimes I do fear they undercharge for their work because they make ANY vision come to life and always get it done no matter how busy they are. We always wish them the best and hope they can always prosper. Thank you guys for everything you have done. We can’t wait to order our sons 1st birthday cake through them!...

I wanted to go all out for my daughter’s 1st Birthday party , which was a panda theme. I didn’t know how to order or what to go for and Luis was very helpful and patient.

I was so excited to pick up my 3 Tier cake along with a custom panda smash cake for my little one, And lemme say I was so amazed by how perfect it looked. They went all out on the decor and it shows they love what they do!!

Overall, we ordered a chocolate cake with buttercream filling . The cake was not dry , it was soft and spongy and can taste the freshness. The buttercream went so well with the chocolate cake and everyone enjoyed it.

I took a cake on a small business and placed an ordered for a Black Forest cake for my birthday a week in advance. They said that they could make it so I believed them. I picked it up yesterday and decided to cut into the cake today. It was not Black Forest cake it was regular chocolate cake. I do not like chocolate cake. I called and complained that it was supposed cherry filing instead of chocolate filing and asked for a refund. They said they do not offer refund only store credit. I said they could keep the store credit because I will not be visiting again. I am highly disappointed because they could’ve told me they don’t know how to make it and I wouldn’t took my business else where. This cake was supposed to be special because I haven’t had Black Forest cake in six year and thought I would spoil myself for my birthday. My whole day is ruined. I didn’t take a bite of the cake but I shared it among my family. Really disappointed because the guy at the front desk was nice.

Tomé un pastel en una pequeña empresa y pedí un pastel de la Selva Negra para mi cumpleaños con una semana de anticipación. Dijeron que podían hacerlo, así que les creí. Lo recogí ayer y decidí cortar el pastel hoy. No era un pastel de la Selva Negra, era un pastel de chocolate normal. No me gusta el pastel de chocolate. Llamé y me quejé de que se suponía que se trataba de una presentación de cereza en lugar de una presentación de chocolate y pedí un reembolso. Dijeron que no ofrecen reembolso solo crédito de la tienda. Dije que podían quedarse con el crédito de la tienda porque no volvería a visitarla. Estoy muy decepcionado porque podrían haberme dicho que no saben cómo hacerlo y que no llevaría mi negocio a otro lado. Se suponía que este pastel era especial porque no he comido pastel de la Selva Negra en seis años y pensé que me consentiría para mi cumpleaños. Todo mi día está arruinado. No tomé un bocado del pastel pero lo compartí entre mi familia. Realmente decepcionado porque el chico de la recepción...
