After having terrible experience with purchase meat from supermarkets, My wife & I decided to try them out. I am terribly sorry for those of you who had an unpleasant experience but I have nothing but amazing things to say about them. I’ve purchased chicken cutlets, chicken thighs, filet mignon, prime rib and sausages. In comparison to supermarket meats they are extremely fresh. They take their time and clean the meat & chicken. And even if they tend to be a tad more pricey why wouldn’t you accept the trade-off for the attention to detail and cleaning unwanted fat & tendons That are definitely left behind for the customer to pay at your traditional supermarket. However, this hidden treasure has the best chicken cutlet out there! It’s sliced thin to perfection & it’s always on point just like all their other meats. Charlie the owner , and son Sal are very particular & cautious about what they serve to their customers & that’s why they’ve just completed 10 years of properly serving the community . We found Charlie and Son online while searching for Dry-Aged steak. Sal and Charlie couldn’t have been nicer and more accommodating. Sal trimmed the steak to perfection and gave excellent and detailed grillin g advice. We were pleasantly surprised by their fair pricing for the steak we chose in comparison to other butchers we have frequented in the past. Charlie and Sal clearly take pride in having a quality selection of meats and the shopping experience was fantastic.
