I was very impressed by Green Carpet's service. I have a 5' x 7' Beni Ourain Moroccan shag area rug that was off white and really stained after 2 years of heavy use. It was used when I bought it and already had some light stains all over it. I wanted it to look clean and new. David was able to set up a time that was amenable to me, explained the cleaning process very thoroughly, and was available to deliver the rug just about a week later. I was so pleased when I saw it-- just like new! It looks absolutely beautiful. He even gave me tips to keep it clean for the years to come. I was looking to get my couch cleaned due to a few stains from my baby and dog so I submitted a request for a quote through their website. They contacted me within an hour and setup an appointment to come see my couch for the next day.
