I got my sewing machine serviced here and had an absolutely wonderful experience, from the inquiry call all the way to picking up my machine! The folks here are very kind and knowledgeable. They already were familiar with my machine based on the model name I gave them over the phone. It was serviced and had one part replaced, all in the same day! I had requested a call if anything needed to be replaced that would cost more than the servicing fee, and the gentleman called me with exact prices for everything (right down to the screws) before replacing the parts! I was able to test the machine before leaving with it, and he even showed me the old part that they had replaced (there was a lot of wear and tear on the old one)! I felt very comfortable and confident in these folks, and am very grateful that they brought my sewing machine back to its original abilities! I will definitely come back for any future sewing...

MH Vacuum came up in a search for authorized SEBO dealers in NYC, and what a pleasure they were to do business with! Am so grateful to have found them. Andrew was kind, helpful, and infinitely patient with my questions.

My new vacuum shipped immediately, and delivered two days later. (And if it ever needs repairs, MH will take care of those.) Am so glad I gave my business to a local brick-and-mortar...

My wife and I visited our son and saw that he urgently needed a good vacuum cleaner. I ordered a Miele from MH Vacuum&Sewing. There was a little confusion at first regarding my credit card due to the different shipping address, but MH straightened it out quickly and my son is very happy with his new vacuum. This is a reputable business with very good customer service and competitive prices....
