Your hours are a bit weird to navigate and kinda tough for returning and checking out books for people who work night shifts. The overnight vampires read too, you know. 😉The staff, however, is incredibly awesome and I have always been amazed with their patience and willingness to help. I called this branch on 9/8/23 at 12:45pm to join an event waitlist and the man I spoke to is a pitch for why BPL staff need recurring sensitivity training if the library is going to continue to make any claims to be inclusive...Because of this man, I have to suggest that training include how not to project rudeness or dismissal when struggling to pronounce or spell anyone's name. Love this library. I used to go to the one on bushwick but I like this one better. Less crowded and less noisy. Plenty of computers and their book selection is really really good! Also they have plenty of movies and a great children’s section. Librarians are really helpful and I also love that hey have outlets everywhere including the tables.
