Literally the worst “restaurant” experience of my life.

Bro. I don’t even know where to start. I came in just for a sandwich. JUST. A. SANDWICH. You’d think that’s not hard, right? Bread, stuff, boom. But no. I waited an HOUR. Sixty full minutes. I could've gone to the store, bought a loaf, raised the wheat myself, and still eaten faster. The place smelled like burnt regrets and mop water. No music. Just forks clinking and one guy in the back screaming for “Gary” — who is Gary?? He never came.

When I asked if my food was coming soon, the waitress just blinked like she was buffering. Then she walked away. Cool. Then they finally bring it out... it looked like a crime scene. Bread was soggy like someone sat on it. Cheese wasn’t melted, just sweating. Lettuce? Might’ve been mint. I honestly can’t tell. It crunched weird.

Also, I’m like 60% sure I heard someone microwaving soup in the bathroom.

Do. Not. Go. Here. I'd rather eat dry cereal in a gas station parking lot. Negative...

Baruch Hashem, Ice Cream House has a fun, colorful vibe with lots of ice cream flavors, toppings, and fresh fruit on display. The food was okay—nothing amazing, but it hit the spot. That said, the experience was frustrating. Parking was very difficult. The lines for the kiosks were disorganized with people cutting and no clear system. One kiosk crashed mid-order and had to be rebooted, others didn’t print receipts, and the lines to switch were too long. At checkout, I asked for a military discount and was disappointed to be denied. As a veteran and first responder, it’s disheartening when businesses don’t show appreciation, especially when the prices are so high. This could’ve easily been a 5-star experience with better organization, working systems, and a little hakaras hatov for those who serve. I hope management takes this to heart and strengthens the values of patriotism and gratitude in their customer service.
