Avoid GEORGE SEIGHARDT like the plague !

Ratained him , and he did absolutely nothing except take my retainer and go away on vacation ! He REFUSED to file any motions on my behalf !

Only thing Seighardt did was try and convince me to give away my property ! He cost me time and money and took part in blowing my case ! The fact that my folder is empty of ANY proper filed motions says it all , upon receipt of my retained its been explained to me several things SHOULD HAVE BEEN DONE IMMEDIATELY ! Seighdardt did NOTHING expcept be a good team player for the outcome the judge wanted !

This has been going on for years on Staten Island and the complaints are out there !

Ive lost hundreds of thousands if dollars because of this !

George Seighardt does this for a living but DOESNT know NG BERRILL court forensic is a favorite of CATHY DIDOMENICO , and has been labeled the COURT APPOINTED STOOGE WHO FIXES CASES ! Ng Berrill has also been removed from the forensic panel for "CAUSE" ( Meaning he did something wrong ) 1st & 2nd Appelate , a clown whos been DESTROYING lives for over a decade ! And the so called staten island PROFESSIONALS didnt know about this ? How ABSURD is that , ...when i complained about TERESA GROGAN , it fell on deaf ears they looked like BUDDIES in court , well TERESA GROGAN HAS BEEN REMOVED in the middle of the night no reasons just out ..But not before these two could lie ommit facts & evidence n more all because GEORGE SEIGHARDT HUMOR AN UNFIT JUDGE AND THE OVER 11 YEARS OF COMPLAINTS ON HER CATHY DIDOMENCIO SAYS IT ALL !

NOT TO MENTION THE FACT THAT SHE SHOULD HAVE RECUSED HERSELF IN MY CASE FOR VARIOUS LEGITIMATE REASONS ..

George is a good team player just not for his clients ! So he takes part in this corruption , disgusting it & he is !
