Super disappointed experience. I called to book a trial section for two kids and everything went smooth for the first part. But to be honest, the trial class was not impressive and didn't give me any motivation to go back. The teacher didn't bother to know the name of the kids, was calling them "you" and "you" during the class. Didn't give them much attention and did not bother when one of our kids was throwing tantrum and wasn't following the directions. Just ignored her. But the worst part is, shortly after we left the studio, the teacher called me and told me we forgot to pay the fee of $10 each for the trial class. I told her I was not told there will be a fee for the trial class during the phone call and she said there must be a miscommunication. I didn't bother to argue just went back and paid $20. I have to say it is worth all of my money and effort. Mae Mae is an amazing dance instructor. She is very professional and really cares about her student.
