Good afternoon So I want to say I have been shopping in this store for over 15 yrs Not until this year it's been nothing but major problems I pay my orders in cash from February and I have not received half of my items, some came damage, the bed was the worst thing I ever slept on in my life The mattress What's defective They came and set up my bedroom set they did not put the balance on so it was just crazy I slept with it sunk in again I had no headboard no footboard, So I spoke to them and I got another mattress they tried to accommodate me but now it's July almost August I still have none of my furniture and my friendship not only is half of my furniture damage and I'm not really complaining about the little Scratches there but I'm very disappointed In the store my whole family shops here I'm a valuable customer I paid cash in full for everythingI love the customer service that Lenny provides to me I try to speak to the managers they don't return my callThey try to intimidate you when they call you so my next concern is I'm calling a Better Business Bureau on themI'm going to write a review every single day until my furniture is delivered to me until I be compensated in certain things I have a lot of orders that I couldn't put in because I moved I've never been mistreated ever in my lifeJust comes from the heartOf a valuable customer that was treated like trash I had to go to the hospital because I couldn't sleep in that bed and hurt my back so bact so bad what are you gonna do for me for me because my next step is Better...

((((( WARNING ))))) Let me start by saying this store is a complete rip off if you pay cash for your items make sure they put the price you paid for your items next to what they wrote on the receipt. They will show you things in their furniture books that they know they don't have will have you thinking your gonna get those items just to later tell you the item is not available and ask you if there is anything else you would like instead then when you say no I would just like my money back they will try to give you back way less than what you paid for the item. Once these crooks get your money they treat you like s#&$ cause they already have your money. please don't do business with these ppl especially if you are African American this business should be shut down for the messed up things they do to people, you have been warned these people are crooks I will never do business with these people every again, it's been 3 years and I'm still trying to get my coffee table I purchased cause when I asked for my money back they wanna give me way less money than I paid for my table. I bought two dressers and a vanity from here about 4 years ago maybe a little more and I always wanted to go back to complete the set and buy the bed. I was finally able to do that about 3 nights ago and I’ve never been happier! Customer service was absolutely excellent it was great to see a familiar face when walking in the store! She was amazing and immediately recognized my parents and I when we walked in!! For the time in which I have had these dressers and vanity this is the second move I’ve done with them and they still look like I just bought them! They’re beautiful and so durable!
