Every time, I order a sandwich, I feel like I'm being rushed. I always ask for a simple sandwich with: toast roll, mayo on both sides, honey glazed turkey, lettuce, tomato's, red onion, and jalapenos. I can't understand what's so hard about that. Every time I order I'm asked if I want cheese. I get this same sandwich day in and day out, and they ALWAYS forget the jalapenos, or the red onions. One day I asked for a toasted buttered bagel. The bagel was toasted with NO BUTTER. Maybe they need to higher people from the community for more help. I don't like to be rushed, and then get the wrong thing. So frustrated. Used to be the best deli in the area. Now they dont pick up the phone when you call. If they do pick up they hangup right away.
