This hotel is disgusting! The front desk clerk was incredibly rude, to add to it while checking me in she was on a personal phone call (unprofessional). I needed this last minute booking so I proceeded- as soon as I get off the elevator I smell marijuana, the room has a funny smell, the “white” wash clothes has dirt marks on it, no refrigerator, this place is NOT worth $140 .. more like $20

The owner allowed us to park on the front sidewalk. Today, 12/14/2024, at 200 a.m., the working told us it's a first come, first service in parking even though they allow people to park a cross the parking spaces making it difficult to get in the spaces they a signs posts park at your own risk. Worker was rude and not helpful about the situations

--This hotel is located at a decent area. The employee working that night charged 180$ a overnight weekend ( FRIDAY) . Website says 115$ reservations say 145$ . Check in 180-- A bit confused about that ( black old guy worker) -- This hotel offers short stay so the room i had was a bit run down the blankets were not like the other room i had stayed in before the bed wasn't pleasing nor the pillows -- the ac wasn't working well

--- My opinion THE property owner should Definitely SEPARATE CERTAIN rooms Short stay rooms from over night . People whom want over nights tend to want the more nice clean good bed rooms . Short Stays rooms tend to have moreee people in the bed bit more unpleasant You can definitely tell the difference .

-- House cleaning people should know their job is to clean KNOCK or CALL before entering. They tend tooo go inside the rooms when u leave idk why BUT we caught one men walking out our room because They weren't sure if it was rented out . That very unprofessional i wouldn't leave belongings alone .

---This Hotel needs to stay quiet an clean . It's starting to...

I stayed at the Hotel Bliss last weekend, and I was delighted by the quality of my room and the service. Everyone who worked there was extremely kind and helpful. My room was spotlessly clean, and very quiet. Even though I was just one flight up from the street, I heard nothing from the traffic below. The staff helped me find directions and telephone numbers, and even let me check out a half an hour late when my alarm didn't go off. I drove in from Massachusetts and had no trouble finding a parking space in the hotel's parking lot. Everyone I encountered during my stay here, from the staff to the other guests, was extremely friendly and very sweet. I would recommend this hotel to everyone. ||||One word of advice, however; try to arrive early enough in the day to familiarize yourself with the neighborhood while it is still light out. It's a neighborhood of homes with families living there, among churches and schools and corner stores, but it can seem a bit intimidating after dark if you...
