Gateway Elton Apartments — Local services in New York

Let me start off by saying Gateway Community is a very nice area to live. I normally don’t do reviews but I have to do an updated review for Elton Gateway Apartment Managment. Seven months ago I gave a this property a three star because this property management staff is so disgusting to me. This property has had several different staff members come in since I moved in this property. The current managment staff is very very unprofessional, rude, no customer service and attitude from here to mars. I have lived in 3 apartment properties before this one and I have NEVER came across such unprofessional people. When you have an unprofessional manager you’re staff are going to follow how you talk and treat people it’s human nature and the manager here does not lead by example. Now I’m not the type of tenant that complains or even stay in the managment office but I feel like when I do come to management with any kind of questions or concerns as a direct person for the property it is the duty of the manager or someone of the management staff to assist you with any concerns. No, not this management staff it seems like they always have to give you call back. I have been a tenant over a year and nothing has change about any of the managment staff that has been brought to assist with this property. The owner of this property really needs to evaluate this management staff because they are ridiculous. Personally it’s to the point where I don’t even want to pay rent or even express a concern because of the way management act. Everyone has different experiences dealing with things but I really do suggest if you are looking into moving to ELTON GATEWAY APARTMENTS please evaluate this property before...

This management company is the worst & due to their office staff demeanor overall. They steal our rent money, charges late fees and allows teens to break various amenities. Also they hired ex prison janitoraial to clean our building which in turns steals from the facility as well.

In addition, the current managerial staff a secretary name; Maria Lopez does nothing & send memos that has alot of grammatical errors overall. Ms James (the property managerial) she sits in her office that plays music and laughs when tenants has concerns. Meanwhile she does nothing to help tenants especially when we have tenants shooting and robbing in our building - 524 vandalia ave. Also our GM plays dumb to all the above as well. Additionally when moving here in 2016 this place had some order, yet got worst as the following year went by. Hence dont moved here unless your willing to accept the discriminatory attitudes, narrasict ppl, ghettonization ppl and drug...

Stay away if you can that's if you care about your overall health and safety. Close to the shopping mall but it does not outweigh the health risks, and safety of living here! Once a garbage dump and still treated like it! Management is quite unprofessional and 5 years with the same office issues. Multi Billion dollar company with clearly no money spent to manage their office effectively! Stay away if you can it will benefit you in the long run!!!!

2022 COVID-19 and all its mutations are here to stay!!!!

Children don't deserve second hand smoke, neither do good paying tenants, and non-smoking responsible adults!!!!!
