Customer Service falls short with this company. They guaranteed that our delivery would be to our customers by Tuesday, Tuesday came and we received a call stating their truck broke down and they wouldn't be able to deliver until the next day between 8 a.m. - 10 a.m. The next day the driver called us to say that he would be there in a half hour (that was at 10:30 a.m. The driver shows up and our product was never strapped down, so a majority of it was broken. Our customer had to unload by hand, the driver did not even help and then unloaded his trash (plastic, broken pallets) on his dock. We called to talk to them to find out what they were going to do as far a reimbursement and the nasty lady told us "What am I suppose to do about it, he signed its not our problem any longer" DO NOT USE...
