Under the ‘K’ Bridge Park — Attraction in New York

Had my phone stolen here on June 5th at the Turnstile show. After the show ended I went to Guest Services to see if someone had turned it in thinking that it was lost and found that the Guest Services line was over 50+ people who had also lost their phones. It was extremely disorganized and honestly the most upsetting experience I’ve ever had at a venue because the staff was just rushing to get everyone out without assistance. I found a reddit thread that confirmed that there was some kind of ring targeting concert goers to steal phones at this venue over the last few months and staff hasn’t done anything about it. I will never go to this venue for a show again and advise anyone seeking a good time to go somewhere else as you will likely get robbed and no one will do...

I love seeing music at this venue! Safety is a top priority for this place and staff was kind, helpful and trustworthy. Multiple exits. Excellent crowd control. Uber drop off can be a bit of a nightmare. I’d suggest getting dropped off about a 10 minute walk from the venue to avoid lengthy wait times in the car/waiting for your ride to arrive. Cool outdoor venue that can fit a ton of people. Staff was friendly. Plenty of outdoor portapotties but no lighting once it gets dark which can make the floors nasty.
