I am writing this review to warn families about an awful customer service at Calvary Cemetery. My family was purchasing a spot for my dad who recently passed. We were told by funeral home to call main office upon arrival and we did as they said. Some lady answered the phone her name is Joanne. Right away she was extremely rude, hostile as well as dismissive and insensitive towards myself and my mom. Extremely cold hearted person. We kindly explained her the situation and that were seeking for directions as to how to get to Padre Pio section of the cemetery. She then began to raise her voice at me and my mother treating us as though we are unable to comprehend what she was saying to us and began to be even more verbally abusive. We are deeply saddened by this situation and have never been treated this way by anyone especially during such hard times for our family. We got treated like animals by this lady. Our family believes that this is not the way Calvary Cemetery wishes to treat family members of deceased. Please take this matter seriously and do not let her treat you or your family like that. I don’t understand how such person without any empathy works at the cemetery. She is supposed to help families in need and not treat them like an ultimate trash. This was a horrific experience. Despicable, disgusting behavior by this lady towards my family during such...

Update 4/6/24 Went to cemetery on Easter Sunday to find the ground sinking again. Sent email, waiting on response. I am trying to get an answer as to why this is the only grave in the area to be sinking.
Update...received a call on December 27th after this review and another email that the area was finally filled in.
I am totally disgusted with this cemetery. They have stopped upkeep all together and everything is overgrown and it looks terrible. I have been trying for over a year to get my mother's grave filled in as the ground has sunk over a foot. I was originally told several times that someone would look at it and call me back, never happened. Now when I call no one answers and you can't leave a message. I can only assume the message queue is full with complaints. This is a total disgrace and I am sick over it. Btw, the last picture is a joke. They don't care at all about the condition of the cemetery. Still waiting to hear back on my...
