Robin was AMAZING. Best waxing experience ever! I’ve had some bad waxing experiences that made me think that it had to be painful and uncomfortable but Robin proved all that wrong. She kept me comfortable and assured me that we were in this together and that she would be patient and work with me. She explained what she was doing every step and why and let me know where in the process we were. It was nearly painless and she talked me through my breathing and also just had nice conversation and it was helpful in making the wax a great experience. She was the first waxer to address my ingrowns and any skin issues and actually help in the moment as well as talk me through how to prevent them in the future and all in a kind way. I LOVED my experience here with her and I found my forever waxer! She was very hygienic and I trusted her immediately. 11/10 experience, if you’re looking for a waxer then I 100%...

Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the customer service I received today. I had booked under the impression that the Wednesday discount applied, and admittedly, I didn’t read the full details at the time. I just saw the discount and proceeded. After reviewing the policy, I now understand that the offer is only available when you wax every four weeks.

However, considering that she arrived nearly 50 minutes late, I was left waiting outside for about an hour, which caused me to be late for my next appointment. Then, after the service was completed, I was informed that the discount couldn’t be honored. Given the circumstances, I feel it would’ve been a kind gesture to extend the discount this one time as a courtesy especially since I now understand the policy and wouldn’t have expected it moving forward.

I respect that policies are in place for a reason, but overall, this experience felt...

Okay so it was definitely my first time receiving any type of waxing and I got the Brazilian wax and a armpit wax. When I tell you I was super nervous. But HUNNAY listen ok, I left The Unicorn Waxer with the biggest smile on my face. I was extremely satisfied and happy with the service that was provided by Robin. Robin calmed all my worries, she is extremely friendly🫶🏾, provides skin care info for aftermath of the waxing process, provides a breathing technique to help you along the way with the wax ing process, and provides/recommends products to use after waxing. I give Robin 10 Stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ and more. I am extremely happy with my results and I can’t wait to set my next appointment. I will definitely continue to book with Robin.
