Now if I could give it 0 stars I would. I would first like to ask why do you delete the option for a reply? I wouldn't use two emails if you didn't. Secondly, you may have missed me if you called but the issue with that is that you don't know my number and I have no emails from you. I called though, how can I get in contact with you if the number you gave has a voicemail box that's already full and no one answered the other number? Third, it's very easy to see if someone is "making a fake review" simply check your security cameras if you feel it's a lie. Fourth, it was not someone renting that I met that day. The hall was empty on the inside. And lastly, I am above the online back and forth, I said my piece. Whether you agree or not is up to you. What an amazing venue with amazing staff! I recently had my husband bday dinner here. When I came to the venue I was impressed with the look of the venue. It’s all white and beautiful with white floors! But aside from the venue being amazing, the staff is soooo helpful. Way outside of their job description. The host for that night was even kind enough because we are all short to lend us a hand. I’m so thankful for them. They provided the tables, chairs and Sterners for me which was a big help. Overall the professionalism and overall niceness won me over. I’m so thankful I found them! I’ll be back in a few months for my bday! THEY EVEN GAVE ME AN EXTRA 15 mins!!!! How sweet of them! We had my brother’s wedding reception here in July and couldn’t be happier with our experience. The hall was clean, well-kept, and beautifully maintained. The staff were extremely accommodating and respectful, always responding within minutes and meeting all of our requests without hesitation. They never made us feel like a bother, even when we asked to see the hall multiple times before the event. On top of that, they generously gave us extra setup time with no fuss, which made everything so much easier.
