Tzedek Association — Local services in New York

TRANSFER AND FURLOUGH APPROVED What a great team of people to work with!! A family member is in prison and suffering and we tried all ways to get him out and transferred to another facility. We used all our regular efforts and nothing happened. Finally we were put in Contact with Tzedek, more specifically Rabbi Yaakov Weiss and Rabbi Moshe Margaretten, they were the savior from Heaven. They heard our cry for help, and started making calls. Within a few hours we got news that our family member will be getting a Furlough and be transferred to a facility that is closer to family and able to accommodate his needs better.

Throughout the process we received constant communication from their team and words of encouragement! They made us feel good, calm and in the loop. In a stressful time there is nothing more important that communication and they are king in that regard.

They are a team of people that care and love to help other people. There is nothing that can get in the way, and nothing that will stop them. I cannot begin to thank them all enough. Thank you R' Moshe and Thank you R' Yanky!!! Keep up your great work being THE ONE VOICE FOR THE...
