Panini La Cafe — Restaurant in New York

I don't know what happened to this place in the last few weeks. BUT IT IS HORRIBLE. THEY HAVE THE AUDACITY TO CHARGE A FLAT $10 DELIVERY FEE. AND MY FOOD WAS 40 MIN Late. Missed my whole lunch break. They don't have driver information or access to see accurate delivery times. WHOEVER ANSWERED THE PHONE, OWNER OR MANAGER. Should never be allowed to answer the phone and deal with customers he was very condescending utterly disgusting and did nothing to help me find out where the driver really was he actually lied about the driver and said that he did not know where the driver was or why he was taking so long when in reality they just sent out my order...smh. I FEEL TERRIBLE FOR THE DRIVER BECAUSE HIS TIP IS NOT EVEN INCLUDED. SO YOUR ACTUALLY PAYING $12-15/17 DEPENDING ON HOW YOU TIP. MONEY HUNGRY AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. DO BETTER. THE BEST THING ABOUT THIS PLACE IS THE FRIENDLY AND COURTEOUS...

Don't go if you want fresh. No menu but stated on "the phone" that if you don't have it or don't know where to look, you're in trouble. Some tomatoes and chopped falafel with "what do you want in it?" restricted options. Pita was frozen. The two chopped falafel balls with vegetables within the pita were microwave-cooked and as solid as cardboard. Without taste. Although the pancakes were hardly edible, you could manage with a little syrup. The final product is not a source of pride. I tossed out the half of the falafel sandwich. It was terrible. I would never suggest it or take anyone there. I'm not sure what other reviewers thought, but based on the worket's actions, it seems like they didn't give a damn. If you don't...

If you want fresh don't go. No menu but told it on "the phone" you are SOL if you dont have or know how to find it. Falafel - chopped up with some tomatoes and "what do you want in it?" Limited choices . Pita wsd frozen .microwave and hard as cardboard , the 2 falafel balls chopped up with veggies stuffed in pita. Tasteless. Pancakes were barely edible but put enough syrup you can manage. There is no pride in the finished product. I threw the 1/2 of falafel sandwich away. It was awful. I would never take anyone there or recommend it. Not sure what other reviewers had but judging from the workets behavior they didnt care. Dont go unless you dont care about quality for your hard...
