I don’t recommend renting the event building. Our family rented it on thanksgiving and there was no heat in the building. They had space heaters on hand as the source of heat for the space. We attempted to contact them several times while at the building to tell them the heat wasn’t working (they attempted to play it off as though the heat hadn’t kicked on) we got no response from the owner or the person who came to let us into the building.
