Webb House Museum — Attraction in Newark

The website states that you can take a tour Thursday’s, Friday’s and Sunday’s 1pm-4pm, OR by appointment. We took a medium-sized group there this past Thursday at 1pm; no one was there. After waiting for 20 minutes, our group left. When actually speaking to (I can only assume) an employee, we quickly realized their people skills are not so great. The woman, out of no where, stated that their museum is NOT wheelchair accessible; she was quickly making an assumption because our folks that were touring had developmental disabilities, that they were physically not able to access their museum.
