Me and my son have enjoyed coming every Wednesday for last 2 months...THEN TONIGHT HAPPENED. SATURDAY. I don't even have words. There are 2 sessions on Saturday and we paid for both but it got too crowded for us so decided to leave. As I was exiting the roller rink, a 60 something yr old lady stopped me and said " you're not allowed to get off the floor " I said It's too crowded out there right now and she said " well you're not allowed to exit yet , it's the rules" i said " excuse me but I dont think You are going to tell me what to do or when I can leave ! " then another staff member of about 20 starting getting belligerent yelling and telling me to get out to the point the older lady was holding her back. I was so upset with this back and forth I lost my balance and fell which was quite amusing for them I'm sure and utterly embarrassing for me. I gathered my son and our stuff from locker and another woman staff member believe the DJ could see how upset I was and apologized for the others behavior and even went and got my money back for me!! She said she didn't want me to have to deal with them again....I was so very grateful for that, she was a real human being and very compassionate person. If all the staff were like her and the few others I've come to know on Wednesdays including referees and rental / locker / front desk personnel I would be returning. But after the dealings tonight with these 2 particular DARE I SAY TRAILOR TRASH TYPES ??...YES I DID... We will not be back. I truly hope they get repremanded and taught some basic courtesy and customer service at the very least. I'm a grown woman and NOONE IS GOING TO TELL ME " you can't leave" How...

My family and I attempted to have our daughter’s 6th birthday party at this location tonight. What we were promised “we provide everything, but the cake” was far from the truth. We did not receive drinks, NOT EVEN WATER until about 45 minutes after the party started. I would like to add that our party room was stifling hot with a poor AC system or possibly no AC at all. The owners and staff constantly miscommunicated with each other, leaving my wife & I running around trying to get answers on why our daughter’s party was quickly becoming a complete disaster. We were told we were NOT allowed to bring in any outside drinks including water. We provided everything: plates, decorations, utensils, food, etc. (thankfully my wife did, as none of these items were ever offered during the party) We received nothing as promised. Eating pizza and cake with children without drinks was a nightmare. Ice cream bars (also included) were not mentioned until literally the last minute of the party, and so were never provided as promised. When we brought this and our unpleasant experience to the elderly female owner, her solution was free soda drink tickets. This was now 90 mins into the party. Oh, and a future free skate admission for my daughter. No thanks, not at this point. Half of our guests were leaving (probably out of thirst) and so we went home with 13 out of 20 free drink tickets. Would NOT recommend this place for...

I remember going as a kid and it was okay. Tried to go yesterday as a 20 year old ADULT and wasn’t allowed in because I was wearing a crop top. Weird experience, I felt like I was in high school again. Also they’re cash only which makes me believe they get so little business they can’t pay the card fee so it’s weird they’re turning away customers because of a shirt? All their signs about their dress code are aimed at women (like most dress codes). Must be some jealous old woman or some creepy old man making those rules because who cares about a crop top.
