My family and I love the providers and staff. Everyone is pleasant and very caring. My mom has Alzheimer’s which in itself is challenging for mom and our family. However since mom began seeing Dr. Frometa and Louis last year her anxiety and depression has improved significantly. Her mood, sleep and overall quality of life is better. The staff is genuinely concerned about the patient and family. I have experienced emotional distress and walked into the office without an appointment ( mind you I wasn’t a patient at the time) and Ms. Karen took me into a room and listened and consoled me . She was able to get me an appointment with Louis less than 24 hrs later. I can’t say enough how happy I am to find supportive mental health professionals that care and have become apart of my family. Honestly what I don't like is that your company, because this is all companies making money. I had a 5 minute and 25 sec session with my psychiatrist, but yet you will go and charge me and the insurance a full hour and that's not right. I have all my session on my phone recorded. I will also be informing my insurance about how long my sessions are so that they stop robbing then because in the end I have to pay those co pays out of pocket. I don't have anything against Dr. Frometa she is a good, caring, compassionate and kind. But if I could give you a zero meaning the institution not her , I would. Dr. Frometa is awesome! She’s always so caring and tender about my mental health. she never judges me. She’s very patient, understanding, asked questions about the important things that matter the most to me. Dr. Frometa makes it comfortable and safe for me to opened up about things that is affecting me mentally. She always checks in with me to make sure the medication she prescribed is working well.
