Read moreI took my quad in for a general inspection and have a spark plug changed. I was very clear if any other work was to be done I was to be contacted and have it authorized before work is done. I received a call saying my quad was ready for pick up and running great after valves were opened up and carb was disassembled and clean. When I expressed concern over the additinal work not being authorized, I was told I was exaggerating and blowing the issue out of portion. Then I was told I can pay less for labor and the carb would be disassembled and I could pick it up. As if this wasn't enough prior to me dropping the quad off I verified they honored military discount, I was told they did on the entire bill and when the bill came they only discounted parts. Read moreAm very dissatisfied with Salesman Bob. His customer service is lacking on the communication part. Tells you one thing than says something else.put a payment down for 1 unit than was told not all the parts was there and couldn’t get them until Jan of next year. When we put payment down told Bob we had to have by a certain date at time of down payment and was told that was no issue. Now we are getting a completely different unit which we are not happy with. Said unit was put back on internet still missing parts to assemble and than was gone again within a day I really hope Bob didn’t pull a fast one on us. Followed up with parts department on an item ordered and already paid for than they proceed to tell me I owe more. Not a good way to do business. Already paid at time of order not paying more.
