We used to love going here. Spent a lot of money here since it’s normally really good food and local. But this last time, we ordered 15 wings and they tasted really off . I wanted to make sure it wasn’t just me, so I had my spouse taste them as well as my daughter, we all thought they weren’t right. Since we frequent this place all the time I called to let them know, just in case something was wrong with the sauce or whatever. The girl was friendly knowing we eat there all the time, and said they would have staff taste the sauce and check it out and since we didn’t eat the wings (we pitched them) she would give a credit. We decided to get a pizza the following weekend and use our credit. We informed the staff of the credit as we ordered and was told the manager would have to discount it. When we got there we were told that the staff tried the sauce and it was fine…that because if this they weren’t giving us a credit. But waited to tell us once we got there. I don’t make a habit of complaining, like I said, I was happy with this place for years, and had never done this before. I’m just a person who believes good business should be a business of their word. Have integrity. We pitched the wings as soon as we ate one of them. The owner apparently doesn’t care about any of that. They lost a frequent paying customer, our family won’t be back, and we will be letting everyone we know about this...
Read moreI love there meat lover's pizza once I start I can't stop it's that good alittle pricey but it's worth it never the less I'm disabled and in a wheelchair I did manage to find my way into the place after almost getting hit by a car going through the drive thru as the ramp it put in a place where you have to litterly go into the front side of the drive throu area to get up onto the side walk then you have to funagil around a fenced area soon as you get onto the side walk and to turn the corner around the fence there's no room for era at all or your going to find yourself in a bad situation there so word of advice if your wheelchair bound as I am it's not wheelchair friendly at all and there's another defect in this place if you call in to order a pizza to go it's so l8ud there that they can't hear you on the phone and they will hang up on you this is very unprofessional and rude not good business when they hang up on you repeatedly when you call right back so if your planning to call your order in for take out you might as well go elsewhere as they don't seem to care if your not...
Read moreLet me start off by saying the resturant is clean, the staff are friendly and the prices are affordable. That is why I give a generous 2 stars rating. Unfortunately the food is not worth it, we experienced poor food quality and we have ordered multiple things from the menu. We have only had dinner at Champs twice, once we dined in (party of 5) and another time we ordered carry out for 3 people. The food was very bland both times. My husband had a burger and he said it tasted like a cheap frozen grocery store beef patty. The fries are decent as long as they are hot and I did like the asian pecan salad, but overall we were not impressed. Several months later we decided to give Champs another chance. We decided to order carry out and once again we were so disappointed. $35 for cold bland food. I only live a few minutes from Champs and I arrived for my pick up on the given time. The food should not have been cold by the time I got home....
