The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey — Local services in Newark

I was forwarded to Port Authority to find my father at Newark Airport. Long story short, he missed his flight and got rebooked for one 10 hours later and had no way to contact us. My brother and I were worried as he did not arrive at the expected time in Toronto, and it had been over 20 hrs since we last heard from our dad.

I dealt with Officer Malizioso, him and the team were very understanding and helpful with my concern. Officer Malizioso kept me updated throughout the search for my dad, and when they located him at the airport, they had him call me from one of their cellphones for a peace of mind that he was okay!
