I would leave 0 stars if I could. I got a used car and knew it would come with some problems. This place was recommended countless times by a friend . Immediately upon getting the car I realized it shook going over 60mph . I brought it there right away . They kept the car overnight to analyze the entire car to help me . Told me it needed back brakes immediately, I tried to come back another day but once I picked my car up I couldn’t make it out of the driveway because now it suddenly wasn’t braking at all even though before hand it was braking just not well. Trapped I left the car there and asked them to fix it , they sent me an invoice for $755 for a brake line & back brakes. I asked about the problem I brought it to them for they told me it needed a sensor & the ac could be fixed $285 for the sensor which would stop the shaking & $150 for the AC . I paid them $1200 and within a week shaking was back & it was still difficult to brake. They made me pay $100 to an electrician just for him to confirm the problem was still the sensor . Now at this point I’ve been there 5-6 times without getting the problem fixed and being told I’d have to pay more for the same problem they claimed to already fix!! I took my car somewhere else once being dismissed once again told to come back another day. They claimed to be trying to help me & trustworthy yet I still needed to pay someone else because I have NO front brakes , the ac still doesn’t work & the car is still shaking after spending $1300 with them . They definitely took advantage and as a single mom this definitely broke the bank . I’ll never go back there...

My friend and I were heading home from work to PA and were within 5 blocks away from getting on a major highway. Suddenly, the engine started smoking on my friends van. We pulled over right away and saw the anti-freeze was pouring out.

We were far from home and GOOGLED “Auto Shops Near Us” and Victoria and Sons place popped up. We walked 5 blocks to speak to them and asked a mechanic in the garage if he could look at the van and give us a diagnosis. He said bring it over. If it was a major fix, we were going to call AAA to drive us home which would have taken a very long time to get us. If it was minor, we were hoping that they could help us out right away and fix it on the spot.

The mechanic saw that the suction hose that goes to the anti-freeze was busted and said that he could replace it right away.

Not only were we out of there within the hour, the labor/parts fee was very affordable. We waited in the waiting room until it was ready, and Victoria and David were very personable. The mechanic that worked on the van (did not get his name) was the one that diagnosed it and told us to bring it to him. We thanked him so much and glad we found him and the shop.

I can see why this place has over 250 great reviews. If we ever break down again (Hopefully not) and in the area again, we will definitely contact Victoria and Sons.
