I wish I could give 0 stars!

I strongly advise not to shop here—there is no return policy, and they do not care about customer satisfaction. I bought a pair of shoes for $110, and the very next day realized they didn’t fit well. They hurt my feet so badly that I couldn’t wear them.

I went back right away to return them, but the staff refused to take them back, saying that once sold, they can’t accept returns because they “can’t resell” them—even though the shoes were still in perfect condition and had only been worn briefly inside my home.

In response to the previous review, I wanted to reply directly but couldn’t. So I’m posting this to warn others to avoid this store. They charge more than other places, and their customer service is absolutely terrible. Just look at how they respond to reviews — that says it all.

This store is unfair when it comes to returns. If you don’t want to accept returns, don’t pretend to have a return policy. Don’t act frustrated when you're the one charging more than other stores.
