The Owner operator of this professional salon, is by far the best I have ever had the experience of hair care. A respectful, friendly and professional staff. I'm 60 years old and in my lifetime have been to a few salons, starting in Grand Rapids. Moved to Newaygo found Jamie over 10 years ago and I would not change her as my hair stylist. The worst salon experience. I came in with beautiful blonde hair and went in to get platinum blonde highlights and dark lowlights and left the salon with a brassy mess with no lowlights. A few days after I immediately found a different salon to fix the mess that was made. When I messaged the owner to resolve this issue I was blamed and accused of using box dye, which I have never used on my hair. On top of all of this the owner also mentioned to me that if I were to come back in the stylist that did my hair refuses to do it from now on because my "expectations are unreasonable". I travel the country for work, and my poor color treated/naturally curly hair had not had any love or attention for 3 months. Enter stylist Alex who gave me a fabulous color/highlight/cut today and I am feeling like a new woman. She really listened to me and was willing to work with what I wanted and I could not be happier with my new ‘do. Seriously one of the best cuts and stylings I’ve ever had.
