I would never recommend doing business here. My wife and I consigned several valuable antique items with this shop, trusting they would be handled honestly. After months of numerous calls and in-person visits, we received no payment and were told nothing helpful about where the items went. Now the items are gone, and we’re left empty-handed.

The owner, Cheryl Kyrstosek, has been rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional throughout the entire process. This experience has been frustrating, upsetting, and dishonest from start to finish.

I would like to file a police report regarding a consignment shop that has not paid me for items I left with them and now no longer has my property.

In May 2025, I consigned several antique items with [Shop Name] located at [Shop Address]. The agreement was that I would be paid after the items sold. Since then, I have repeatedly called and visited the shop asking about payment or the return of my items. Each time, I am given excuses or told to call back, but no payment has been made and my items are no longer in the shop.

At this point, I believe my property has been taken without payment. The owner, Cheryl Kyrstosek, has been uncooperative and I continue to get the runaround.

I go into FYN at least monthly. I NEVER saw certain items I placed in their care in display but was told these waverly bed linens that cost over $600 new had sold at discount price due to length of time it took to sell. I received a mere $40 for king size quilt, bed skirt 2 shams, 2 pillow cases, 4 curtain panels, 2 valances, 4 tie backs, all in pristine condition. I wonder if it was not sold to an employee or a friend at such a meager price without ever being put on display at an appropriate price. I will not do business...
