Honey Moon Coffee Newburgh — Restaurant in Newburgh

I have been coming to Honey Moon at all of their locations for years. They have great food, drinks, and service. I like to come here to study or read. It's great to have access to wifi, as well as a calm environment.

I am slightly disappointed that past 3 or so times I've come in to the Newburgh location. The food and drinks, and work area appear to be clean. I've never issues with anything coming to me not clean. However, the floors, baseboards, tables, etc are always dirty. I feel gross sitting to do my work. There's coffee splattered on the wall and some kind of food caked on to the floor. The place just needs a good wipe down and to be mopped.

I will continue to come here because of the great service and food. But it would be nice to have a clean environment to enjoy...

Awful experience oh my gosh. I’m not sure who hires, but some of the baristas are horribly rude! Specifically boy with camo pants and brown hair. I used to be a barista so I know it gets busy and hectic, but that’s no excuse for awful, snobby behavior!! He yells out my order while I’m right there, waiting patiently, and mind you this is yelled in a very loud and aggressive tone in front of the ENTIRE place . I still say thank you and he gives me the most foul look and says yeah you're welcome very disrespectfully. I don’t understand what I even did as a customer to warrant that snobby of a reaction! I try my best to be polite but this was overall a terrible experience on service and BASIC etiquette. Please hire socially...

I don’t know what else to say other than we are disappointed with this experience. As my girlfriend and I have been to the Wienbach and Burkhardt location many times, we have never had been treated in this manner. The staff was unhelpful, looked annoyed, and rude the entire time we placed our order. The only smile we saw was the girl who brought out our food. We don’t have a very complicated order and the lady taking our order made it very complicated. I wish she had been more helpful and less annoyed. There were quite a few questions I had never been asked and I ended up with a drink very different then I intended. Overall I think we’ll stick to the other locations as the staff has always been very friendly...
