The people are great at the dealership, but it is extremely frustrating to have to return to the dealership because they are unable to do more than just an oil change for a particular day. I also have an ongoing and ever-increasing electronic issues with my 2019 Trail Boss. I have had them look at the radio issue almost since I bought this vehicle, this needs to be resolved. The vehicle does not read that the car is in park and will not allow me to lock and alarm the car until it times out. This is completely unacceptable for a relatively new (2 yr old) vehicle. I also have a FACTORY extended warranty and was charged $90 for an update to the software that caused a service engine light. It was not possible to be done by the owner and had to be done by the dealership. I should not have to pay for software updates with an extended warranty. Which was explained to me to continue the warranty that I had when I bought the car. If things keep going like this, I can promise you this will be the last Chevrolet that I purchase. My time is very valuable to me, I do not wish to return multiple times for the same issues over and over again. First Iād like to say that Brianna at Wells River Chevrolet was a pleasure to work with! This was the only experience that Iāve had buying a vehicle that was painless. I reached out about a used WRX that had just been posted for sale. Now a WRX has been a car Iāve wanted for well over 10 years. This was a low mileage, great condition WRX. Just what I have been looking for to have for my business. I stopped in and said that I wanted to buy it. I was told that they were not selling it, that they were going to use it for their plow truck. Now, I am not a smart man, but I would think if I was in the business of selling vehicles, and someone comes and wants to buy a vehicle, my shop vehicle. I would sell it to them. Especially they way it is in these current times and trying to sell vehicles. No offer to discuss it, or even find me one like it. Guess I am stopping at 3 vehicles and will go someplace else that wants to sell me a vehicle.
