The food was awesome, but I was left with a slightly bad taste in my mouth. I placed a togo order today at lunchtime. A very friendly lady took my order, which was General Gau Chicken with Pork Fried Rice and a Spring Roll for two. I was kindly offered a comfortable place to sit while my order was prepared. My order came in about ten minutes, and the friendly lady assured me everything was freshly prepared as she handed me the bag. When I got home I found my order was accurately packaged, and indeed, it was freshly prepared and so delicious. The meal was really delightful. After the meal, just for fun, I opened the fortune cookie that came with my order. The paper inside had a message and lucky numbers on one side, like you'd expect, but on the other side was a political advertisement that I really didn't expect. We were truly disappointed with the quality of the Sweet n Sour soup – it lacked flavor and was far from satisfying. The undercooked green beans in my dish were a letdown as well. To make matters worse, the prices have increased by over 15 percent, making dining here much less appealing. Up charge for Tea; noodles; hot oil; and or red sauce.
I also noticed that the Chef's Recommendation items are no longer on the new current menu, which was a big disappointment since those were our favorites. Furthermore, not having a liquor license means we can't enjoy a Scorpio Bowl with our meal, which is a major drawback.
Lastly, it's evident that there's a shortage of help in the restaurant. Service was slow, and it seemed like the staff was overwhelmed. Overall, this dining experience left a lot to be desired.

My parents said it used to be way better under the previous owner. The fried rice was bland, the beef teriyaki was dried out and chewy, the crab Rangoon and the chicken fingers, when they finally arrived, were ok. The duck sauce was from the supermarket it looked pale. I'd recommend going to Littleton or someplace else for...
