Banana Republic — Local services in Newport Beach

Rude and judgemental customer service. The associate I spoke with said that they don't allow exchanges if the item was bought at a different Banana Republic location (mine was from a Banana in LA); however, when I went to the South Coast Plaza location, they gladly helped me with the exchange and said that there is no policy that states you can't make exchanges of items bought from different locations. Had a wonderful experience here after I went shopping for a casual attire event. I made an appointment with a stylist to help me with my outfit and Maria came to my rescue!
