I am not a huge fan of hard core exercising, so I started Pilates because it was at a slower pace and I recognized the importance of mobility and core strength. I enjoyed my Pilates sessions. They were tailored to address my weaknesses and were at a pace I was comfortable with. I never dreamed I would progress to training with weights but it was recommended by my instructor to add strength training to complement Pilates. That’s one of the benefits of joining Living Fitness. The instructors view each client’s exercise regime holistically. In addition to my Pilates sessions, I now actually enjoy working with the Trainers on a wide array of exercise equipment to build strength and muscle which is so important for me at my age. Read moreI’ve been going to Living fitness for training with personal trainers more than 10 years because I feel very comfortable to work out with my trainers. They’re friendly and nice, I feel like they’re part of my family. Their workout is always different so I never get bored. My trainer Kyle always finds new workout so I get various workout to train the same muscles. Nicolette is my other trainer. She is always full of energy and encourages us to challenge more! When I get injured she gives me exercises to strengthen the affected area and good massage to loosen the mussels. I recovered completely from the injury so soon thanks to her.
