Rude customer service was handled by Rachel, who was not wearing a name tag and kept talking about her personal life. She is so talkative that she did not get my order right. She kept talking and talking even in front of the customer while taking orders and prepping food, even when serving food. She asked me if I needed a receipt, and I said yes. She kept talking, relating personal life to her coworker, that she forgot to give me my receipt and made the wrong order. Also, I was not too fond of the fact that she snatched the incorrect order food and when slid the corrected food back towards me. She is very unprofessional.
