Golden Spoon Frozen Yogurt — Restaurant in Newport Beach

This three star review is only based on their website, Instagram and phone number. There is no information on their hours of operation and their phone number doesn’t go anywhere. And it shows them open on Uber Eats so I’m glad I didn’t order because I don’t technically know if they’re open. I own two businesses and understand the difficulty of keeping everything in order. I think the number one thing is to have hours of operation and address and location pin point. It’s a must to have the customer informed. I can’t give a recommendation on anything else. I would definitely consider changing my rating if someone contacts me. Just very disappointing for having two locations that you can’t get a hold of the business or to know any hours of operation specially, on a weekend night. I hope in the future when I am in the area again I would like to try their yogurt. It looks very delicious, As well, as their other options. the yogurt and toppings are pretty good. employees were super rude and rushed my friend and i, even though we were the only ones in the shop. not personable at all. we came on 6-23-2025 at 6:30pm. edit: i almost always leave a tip to employees who work in a place that requires them to make my order by request. i work a job based around customer service and i know how much people appreciate tips. it wasn’t until i left and talked to my peer about our experience that i realized the staff was unfriendly and quite rude. and now the owner, instead of apologizing or acknowledging the issues a guest mentioned in a review, leaves a snarky...
