Beautiful and authentic show room, customer service was a bit sketchy.

I took my glasses in to have a break in the frame soldered back together. The first lady I spoke with was very nice and said it would cost $25.00. But then when I went back to pick up my glasses the Jeweler had soldered the place but created a new problem by breaking the string for the wireless frame. My glasses were STILL unwearable and instead of charging me $25 the fee had increased to $35.

The Jeweler was very snippy with me when I explained my frustration and told me to go back to my Optometrist and they could fix the string. I did this however because of "the way the original frame was soldered back together the string no longer fits in the appropriate groove and there is nothing they can do about it. Basically the lens still falls out with the slightest raise of my eyebrows/ears and the lens pops out landing on the ground and chipping around the edges.

So basically if I stand in one place and dont move and I'm on CARPET the glasses can be worn. In short - wasted $35 dollars, have a pair of glasses that are useless and had to deal with a grumpy jeweler! Not going back...

Staff's knowledge of pricing and products is substandard. I asked for a quote on a service and when I arrived to pick up my item they failed to mention a charge I specifically asked about, and responded rudely when questioned. When I asked if I could speak to the jeweler about one of the watches that appeared nonoperational after having the battery replaced I was told he wouldn't be able to tell me anything without opening it up anyways, and that I would need to leave it there. I decided against leaving it, and after doing my own research discovered that particular brand of watch had a 2nd hand that only moved when in stop watch mode, and was therefore operating properly after having the battery replaced. The items I took in were returned in good condition and operating in the end, but if you're looking for knowledgeable, friendly staff I suggest taking the drive to Westphal Jewelers in Hutchinson - their staff is...

My sister that passed away 9 years ago let me a gold necklace and in the very center of the front it had come apart which they have fixed I do not know how well though and I asked him to clean it I have had a clean before absolutely worst cleaning job I've ever seen I don't think you did anything just charged me I had it fixed in Ohio before a New Philadelphia Ohio and they weighed and everything it is a quarter ounce gold necklace it's not very big but it is gold it's not gold plated unless you switch them I just now pulled out the receipt and you don't even have my last name right on the receipt it was difficult making sense to one of the ladies I talk to on the phone just talked to other jewelry store 10 karat gold receipt is coming in the mail will put a picture on here to prove to you it is not gold plated like you say you do shity work that's all...
