Usually I feel dread making the phone call to a professional, especially when having zero knowledge in that field; it makes me feel completely vulnerable to being taken advantage of. But we had no choice- our AC was acting erratic and the upstairs got up to 98 degrees.

What really stands out is his patience to walk my mother and I through the system and explain how to keep it working properly. He showed me how to properly put in the air filter in my attic, how to safely cut the power and how to properly clean the outside unit of debris (btw don’t use a high power hose and blast it with water like my mother did. 🤦🏻‍♀️ )

He even went out of his way to run to a local store to purchase the specialty size air filters needed for our old house that we always seem to forget to buy. He also made sure to check every room and vent in the entire house to make sure the air was flowing as it should be.
