Caraway Ford — Local services in Nixon

Worst service I've ever had. I used Caraway Ford's Service department out of convenience because of its location. Asked for full service (oil changed, filters changed, etc) and to also check my "check engine light" that was on as well as the factory recall I received in the mail. After waiting over TWO HOURS! I was handed a bill that was $100 more than I have ever been charged for the same services. When I asked about the recall I was handed a piece of paper saying that there was a recall in effect, but when I asked if mine needed recall work they said they didn't know, they hadn't checked and didn't have time. OK??? Basically they handed me the same info I had received in the mail AND that's why I brought it in! When I went to leave, my check engine light was still on. I went back in to ask why it was still on and did they check it. Again, the answer was no, they didn't have the time. Seriously? I had just sat there for over 2 hours with nobody in front of me! The receptionist was very nice, the service person acted very put out. When I left I called the Ford place I normally use and asked if they could check why my engine light was on as well as checking if my truck was part of the recall. I had to drive 30 miles away to do it, but it took all of 10 minutes from the minute I walked to in to walking back out. Oh, and there was NO CHARGE. The engine light was on due to air flow caused by dirty air filters which Caraway Ford had JUST CHANGED.... but couldn't take the time to turn off my engine light. Never again will I use Caraway Ford. It's a shame, they're only 8 miles from my home and we're also in the market for an additional vehicle. They will never get another...

What a refreshing car purchasing experience! Caraway Ford is my new preferred dealership for vehicle purchases. From the moment I arrived everyone was very welcoming from the support staff to the owner, Mr. Caraway. It was a pleasure working with Houston, sales manager. It was a hassle free experience, the truck I bought was priced appropriately and they gave me a fair price on my trade in vehicle.

I loved the small town feel of the dealership and the attention to detail, I never felt rushed or pressured through the entire experience. I will be using Caraway Ford for my vehicle experiences moving forward.

To put things in perspective in regard to the level of service that is expected, the truck I purchased wasn’t clean to Mr. Caraway’s standards, my fault due to the short notice/purchase time frame. He told me to come back when I had a few hours to spare and they would get the truck cleaned up, and waxed/buffed out to get it looking brand new.

Excellent experience. Worked with Jessica Garcia on the purchase of my 2019 F-150 Raptor. Truck was exactly as presented online. They also gave me a very fair trade for my 2014 F-150.
