I recently bought a 2007 Subaru outback, it has its cosmetic issues, but so far “Gabe” (that’s the cars name) has been a pretty good buy!! It had some torque binding at low speeds turning all the way(typical with AWD) and they offered to fix it at their shop and keep the price of the car the same! I opted to have them lower the cash price and I would take it home to see what I could figure out.. It was just a solenoid in the transfer case that controls the front wheel speed when turning fully(not a big deal)!!! Overall I’d say I had a very pleasant experience with the Gentlemen, straightforward about the car’s imperfections, and willing to work with buyers to make sure they feel comfortable as well! My wife and myself loved the cat and dog y’all had, and on top of it all we possibly made some new friends to go kayak and tubing with!! I forgot to mention when I purchased the car, but after searching the VIN and production codes, I discovered that I installed the interior of the car on the production line at SIA, verified by the shift and day it was completed. That hasn’t much to do with the sale but kind of a cool fact!!

These guys were incredible! I was an Out-of-State Buyer from Illinois looking for a 2013 Scion FRS. Not only did the Dealership communicate extremely well over the phone and super honest about ANY blemishes etc. On the car. (Sent my a plethora of videos and pictures) They waiting around at the shop until I could pick up the car at 10pm at night, well after the dealership was closed just so I could drive the car the same day. The dealership was super helpful and had tons of options for payment which made the process go really smoothly. They also called me back 4 days after the purchase to say they were going to bring me a cosmetic piece that they ordered for the car all the way to Chicago... to my house... something they absolutely did not need to do but did because of their overwhelming commitment to their customers. Ive never had a Dealership experience like that, I hope they see this and Thank You! A+

*pros - it functions better than the car I traded to them *cons - * car broke serpentine belt 4 days after buying it. Their shop replaced for free but I had to pay to tow * leaking coolant noticed weeks after buying, will not hold coolant. head gasket blown $1200 to fix * car was $4k, $1800 extended warranty doesn't cover said head gasket so now I owe 5800 on an old car that needs $1200 in repairs * they say they inspect the condition of cars but buyer beware. when you sign buying as-is, you are buying as-is. Adding an update that, Logan was very helpful in trying to help address my post purchase issues as much as he could. I have since resolved partially. I used a head gasket seal pour in solution and it is holding up for now and not leaking coolant. Get cars inspected fully before a purchase is the lesson.

Noblesville Auto Gallery and their secondary location (where I got my vehicle from) has been absolutely amazing. I'm the kind of gal to always beware of car dealerships, and be very careful I don't fall prey to liars and cheaters....however this place is 100% trustworthy. Owned by a wonderful, hardworking family, and led in honesty, kindness, and professionalism. I recommend you there for all your car needs, they went above and beyond for me buying my first car. My gut knew immediately I could trust them and my gut was not wrong in the slightest! The process was super clear and easy, and now I have a wonderful reliable vehicle! Please please please know you can trust these people to be the good kind of old fashioned stick to your words folk. Support the honest, filled with integrity and hardwork businesses and save yourself from the heartache that is not knowing if someone is trying to jip you!

Thank you Noblesville...
