Me and my family went here excited for the gourmet pizza listed on the menu. We got to the location and the parking lot was full but there was a sign saying overflow parking was in a nearby parking lot, so we had to walk 10 minutes from there. When we got in, it was super busy with super long lines to order food. We waited in line to order, but after nearly 20 minutes of waiting, they told us it would be 30-45 minutes before we could come back up and place an actual order. The indoor seating area was very large, but their outdoor area was even bigger. It looked like it went on for miles, there were playgrounds, climbing areas, bounce houses, tons of seating, and so much more. So we found a table and pursued in some of the activities. But after almost an hour of waiting, our little buzzer that they gave us finally went off. So we went back up and ordered our food. We placed the order then went back to waiting, but little did we know we would have to wait another 20 minutes for the food. When we got our food, they were a few things missing, but it still looked pretty good. We sat down and ate our food, which was pretty good. But what’s the point of waiting almost an hour and a half for some food that is just above average, and expensive, when you could go to so many other places and get better food with a fraction of waiting. Overall the food was decent, but absolutely not worth the wait, which is probably why they have so many activities to try and...

As always the staff and owners at Bier never cease to amaze me with the grace and humility they carry. They have personally reached out to me and explained the whole situation. Apparently there was a huge glitch in their system Friday night as well as other operational errors. They offered a huge apology and expressed the changes being made so future instances like our experience can be avoided.
Our experience was unfortunate but my review below caused them to actively make some changes immediately. Bier Brewery as whole deserves all the support that can be given. —————————— The atmosphere is amazing and it’s been great watching Bier grow over the years. The outdoors is exceptionally gorgeous and just a vibe in general. Bier’s brew selection never fails and always offering a wide range of beers for any palate.
However, the food and food service was extremely disappointing. We were told it’s a two hour wait for pizza alone. Understandable on a Friday evening so no big deal right? Wrong. We ordered two wraps and a kids quesadilla and it still took an hour and twenty minutes to get our food. No apologies. No refund. Nothing. While getting a box for our food, another customer was asking about their food because they had the same wait time for kid’s chicken nuggets and they got a refund and a gift card. Like, what? So choosy on who gets refunds and who doesn’t when the wait times are the same? Not cool.
Probably won’t be back. Supremely...
Read moreMy wife and I wanted to support a local eatery in Noblesville, but unfortunately, it turned out to be a mistake. The space felt chaotic and unorganized from the moment we walked in. There was no host or wait staff to greet or seat us, so it became a bit of a free-for-all trying to find a table. Ordering was just as confusing—while there were separate lines for food and drinks, people were cutting in and the setup lacked any kind of order or oversight.
Once we placed our order, we were given a buzzer for the food, but no instructions on what to do when it went off. I mistakenly got back in line, only to find out I should’ve gone to the kitchen area. A few simple signs or directions could have made a big difference.
The atmosphere didn’t help either. The large, open room with hard surfaces made it so loud we could barely hear each other talk. It was tough to enjoy our meal when we had to raise our voices just to have a conversation. Some investment in acoustics or sound-dampening solutions would really help.
As for the food and drinks—the beer was decent, probably the highlight of the visit. The pizza, however, was just okay. If you’re coming for the food, I’d suggest heading down the street to Greek’s Pizza, which offers a tastier pizza.
We genuinely wanted to enjoy and support a local spot, but Bier Brewery’s current setup made for a disappointing night out. Hopefully they take steps to improve the...
