My husband and I walked into MattressFit in St Augustine and were pleasantly greeted. We learned that this store is a family owned business and that they take pride in providing the highest customer service. Salem listened and learned about our concerns and reasons why our current mattress wasn't working for us anymore. We tried several of the mattresses that were there in the store without making a purchase and went home to think on what we had seen and talk it over together. The following week we went back in and Salem greeted us by name. It is such a good feeling when someone takes the time to remember your name. We stopped in one day to talk with Salem about buying a new mattress for my wife and I. We told him we were in a research phase and wanted to test a few things out. He walked us through several options and gave us some things to think about and go research. We didn't feel pressured at all.

We came back days later and tested more mattresses and ended up buying a split king (never would have considered that before coming in), adjustable (also wouldn't have considered), Nectar premier copper.
